Waterfront Station. Built by the Canadian Pacific Railway a hundred years ago, this station is now a public transit hub. The Seabus, all three lines of the Skytrain, and the Westcoast Express are all directly serviced by this station with the floatplane and helicopter pads adjacent. Meaning Waterfront Station is generally insanely busy. It's also a block away from my office. Most days I don't mind the crowds because my arrival at Waterfront means that coffee is imminent. Since I gave up coffee (9 long days ago) the crowd just makes me punchy.

I'm lovin the photos. I used to LOVE going to waterfront as a kid. This station is so cool :)
ReplyDeleteWhy did you give up coffee? You are a very brave soul.
ReplyDeleteSeconded! Everything! Loving the photos - and QUESTIONING the coffee decisions! Unless you switched to tea... in which case all is okay :)
ReplyDeleteI love Waterfront! Haven't been there in a few years, I must go back. I'm loving your photo series so far :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd why on earth did you give up coffee? Did you post about it recently and I missed it?
Love Waterfront, I live right by it and that helicopter pad is pretty exciting to my kid as well as myself. We're always yelling "look! a helicopter" in my house. Also, annoying olympic security shit is going down by the helicopter pad and blasting bright lights into my place. annoying.
ReplyDeleteWhy the coffee switch? I'm going to tea lately.
What on God's green Earth compelled you to desert coffee? You know it's filled with antioxidants, right?
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is that I am very sorry about your coffee embargo. Very, very, very sorry.
ReplyDeleteAw, that's where I almost passed out from stomach pain while I was in line for starbucks.
ReplyDelete/sigh
lol I need a do-over on seeing these sights =)
