In BC, the average home does not have an air-conditioner. We have two fans, which helped a lot, but our condo was still like a sauna. Every day we would shut the windows and blinds, direct a fan onto each of the puppies' crates, and leave them a bowl of water; and every day we would come home to two miserable puppies.
So I shaved Wolfgang.
The mohawk he's rocking is pretty fucking sweet, though.
You need to ship those puppies to Chicago where (a) we have A/C and (b) temps have been mild at best this summer!
ReplyDeleteWolfgang sure is cute, though, with his new do.
Ah! Too cute! We might have had to shave our little guys if we were having a normal summer but it's the 3rd coldest on record (booooo) so their coats are safe. For now.
ReplyDeletePunk rock puppy!
ReplyDeleteHahahahahahahaha! We used to do something like this to our Shih Tzu in the summer, but he never had a mohawk. He looked more like a lion.
ReplyDeleteI mean, a very small, non-threatening, frou-frou kind of lion, of course.
ReplyDeleteOh my god is he cute, all partially shaved! =)
ReplyDeleteHA! bobblehead puppy!
ReplyDeletei shudder to think what would happen if i ever tried to shave my cats. bad things, i imagine.
First let's discuss how hilarious it is that you shaved your dog. Then, I'd like to open a dialogue about what would happen if we tried to attempt the same feat on our cat. (The answer is death. Death would happen.)

ReplyDeleteWolfgang is pure awesomeness.
ReplyDeleteYessss! We thought about trying to give the kittens mohawks (just with gel, not actual shaving), but it was a Fail.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute bobblehead!
holy shit that's pretty much the cutest puppy EVER
ReplyDeleteThank. God.
ReplyDeleteThis has to be a permanent look for Wolfie. Promise me!
