I Want To Love You Pretty Young Thing

This week I:

- laughed hysterically while Stella pulled Wolfgang around the kitchen on my housecoat.

- cried when: Jon & Kate announced their separation (and I'd never even seen one episode before Monday); my awesome mom made me three pots of homemade soup on three separate occasions (2 pots of cream of cauliflower and 1 pot of chicken / spinach, if you're wondering); I had blood taken and the nurse couldn't find my vein; I realized that I accidentally bought light ice cream instead of the good stuff; heard the news about Michael Jackson.

- spent far too much time with the puppies.

- realized that Wolfgang is the most annoying puppy in the world.

This is why Wolfgang makes me stabby:

Wolfgang tells me where to go from Hillary W on Vimeo.

That's all I've got. I'm still sick. Still bored. Still ... stabby. Happy Friday, lovelies!

  1. I love how Wolfgang whines through his yawn. Takes talent, that's for sure!

  4. Oh my god, I'm pretty sure that sound was created in hell. Sick or not, that sound emitting from ANY creature (adorable or not) would make me go all stab-stab-stabby.
    Feel better!

  5. HAHAHA does he do that all day??? I would probably put a blanket over some (all?) of his cage thing to make him hush. LOL.

Hope you're feeling better! Yay for homemade soup!

  6. Dude, I was totally unprepared for how sad I'd be about Michael Jackson dying. When I found out, I started calling people and telling them, and got really offended when their reactions weren't as extreme as mine.

  8. I cried too w/ the Jon and Kate episode (also having not seen it previously). It was painful to watch. I hope the puppys help with the boredom and make you laugh this weekend rather than feel stabby!

  9. Your dogs crack me up. That high-pitched squealing or whatever you call that would make me very stabby too. Hope you get lots of rest this weekend, and are feeling better soon!

  12. Um, that is one of the worst noises on the planet. They should record it and use it in warfare. I watched scant seconds of that and I wanted to reach through the monitor and strangle him.

  13. WOW. It's almost cute, but it just barely crosses the threshold into shrill and hellish. He's still so stinking cute, though.

    Feel better soon!

  14. My cats were very weirded out by that video, they couldn't figure out where the dog was!
I'm glad it's the weekend, for your sake :) Hope you're done being sick soon!

  15. Oh, that is SUCH a schnauzer whine! I've posted videos of George doing similar. In fact, when I clicked 'play', George immediately perked up. Guess he speaks the same language.
